Eden Shelving is dedicated to the design and manufacture of high volume metalwork. 165,000sq ft of floor space, located in Aberdare, Mid Glamorgan, housing the latest state of the art rolling lines and multi skilled workforce.
Our well-established ‘Lean’ ethos helps us to drive down costs, reduce waste and lead-times while maintaining high-quality. This also means we can minimise set-up times, with single minute change over of tooling and colours, reduce stockholding, all part of our continuous improvement culture.
Facilities and Capabilities
- 3 State-of-the-art computer controlled, dedicated roll forming lines processing high tensile steel coils direct to paint lines.
- 2 bespoke, Meritus, inline spot welding facilities
- High quality automated finishing with 4 of the latest epoxy powder coating plants, with rapid high-colour change mechanisms
- Kuka robotic tube welder – advanced metal fabrication system
- Berringer high speed, tube pack, band saw with deburrer
- Coil fed 500 ton Aida power press.
- Coil fed 300 ton Seuthe power press
- Amada, combination laser and punch press with inline stacker feed unit.
- In house test facilities to supply certifications of compliance for load bearing parts.
